1. Venture Ownership & Scope of Agreement: This Master Terms of Service governs all digital platforms, native mobile applications (iOS/Android), web engines, geospatial indexing services, and digital solutions operated directly or incubated under Ayrex Digital Solutions W.L.L. ("Ayrex", "Company", "We"). Ayrex serves as the sole parent technology studio and legally registered entity overseeing proprietary GCC ventures, including but not limited to Villas Qatar (villasqatar.qa) and Car Saudi (carsaudi.com).
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Asset Ownership: All proprietary algorithms, geospatial map filter engines, database structures, Flutter source codes, graphical user interfaces, trade secrets, visual logos, and digital branding assets associated with Ayrex Digital Solutions W.L.L. and its sub-ventures (including Villas Qatar and Car Saudi) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ayrex Digital Solutions W.L.L., protected under State of Qatar Copyright Law No. 7 of 2002, Trademark Regulations, and international intellectual property treaties. Unlawful reproduction, decompilation, reverse engineering, web scraping, or unauthorized framing is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
3. Platform Usage License & User Accounts: Ayrex grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our web portals and native applications strictly for personal property search, automotive discovery, and commercial inquiry dispatching. Users registering accounts across Ayrex platforms agree to provide truthful information and are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
4. Marketplace Content & Data Disclaimers: Ayrex operates high-scale real-time search indexing technologies connecting buyers, tenants, real estate brokerages, landlords, and automotive dealerships. While Ayrex enforces verification protocols, property listings, vehicle specifications, pricing estimates, and third-party media posted on Villas Qatar or Car Saudi are provided for informational discovery. Ayrex does not assume direct financial liability for transaction contracts, lease agreements, or vehicle sale contracts executed independently between third parties outside our native platform.
5. Anti-Scraping & System Integrity: Users and automated entities are expressly forbidden from utilizing scrapers, bots, data mining utilities, or automated indexing scripts on Ayrex platforms or database backends. Any attempt to breach AWS cloud servers, PostgreSQL databases, or Supabase real-time API channels will result in immediate IP termination and formal reporting to Qatari Cybercrime authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer: All Ayrex digital services are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Qatari legislation, Ayrex Digital Solutions W.L.L. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, network latency, or external API failures.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction: These Master Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the commercial and civil laws of the State of Qatar. Any legal dispute or claim arising from platform usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Doha, State of Qatar.
